Driving after suspension — Michael A. Will, 33, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Dylan James S. Hansen, 29, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct; fined $185, indeterminate unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Kevin R. Lachapelle, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of trespass-occupy or enter dwelling/locked/posted building; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Chad M. Mart, 18, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, no same or similar. Also convicted of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $135.

Karen L. Mussmann, 58, of Fairmont had a charge of junk violation-other than weeds and grass continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, maintain property in compliance with city code. Also had a charge of solid waste collection/storage violation continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, maintain property in compliance with city code.

Venessa Rivas, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year supervised probation, cognitive skill training “Thinking for a Change” if recommended by agent, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault was dismissed.

Scott H. Steinbrink, 34, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

Toney O. Powell, 50, of Minneapolis was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 26 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
