Alonzo A. Harris, 32, of Truman was convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 320 days for two years, credit for time served 11 days, serve as work release if eligible, may do STS while in custody, two years supervised probation, contact probation with up-to-date contact information including address and phone number, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations for care and aftercare, mental health evaluation and follow recommendations for care, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, take all medications in prescribed dosage and frequency, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Joshua L. Martin, 37, of Spokane, Wash. was convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $235. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.
