Daniel A. Mattsen, 65, of Trimont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation.
