Lee S. Schiefen, 29, of Sherburn was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 30 days.

Kristin L. Turchin, 29, of Parkers Prairie was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Gabriel J. Johnson, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Daniel A. Mattsen, 65, of Trimont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Dean A. Koehler, 48, of Ceylon was convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $115. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-owner violation was dismissed.

Deborah M. Hubley, 49, of Tea, S.D., was convicted of speeding; fined $285. Also convicted of failure to drive with due care; fined $40. Additional charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Ryan S. Keller, 23, of Burlington, Conn., was convicted of reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk; fined $985, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and speeding, were all dismissed.
