Speeding — Jaedon L. Erickson, 23, of Welcome; fined $145.

Devon C. Johnson, 22, of Chicago, Ill.; fined $385.

Failure to drive with due care — Laverne D. Elmore, 76, of Fairmont; fined $125.

Brady J. Enstad, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of third-degree driving while under the influence of alcohol; fined $910, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 347 days for two years, credit for time served eight days, two years supervised probation, remain law-abiding, individual therapy, follow recommendations of evaluation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, don’t leave Minnesota without written court approval, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition, sign all releases of information. Additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and open bottle law violation, were both dismissed.

Nicole R. Buzzell, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Melissa G. Daily, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $275, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no driving without insurance, no same or similar. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
