Taillights-two (working) — Anthony J. Alleven, 27, of Winnebago; fined $125.

Tanner A. Spooner, 20, of Clarks Grove received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk; fined $1,185, sentenced to jail 55 days, credit for time served 55 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, complete diagnostic and mental health assessment, complete and follow recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment, anger management, cognitive skill training, no contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed.

Jacob M. Huemann, 26, of Johnsburg, Ill.; Rudolph J. Lang III, 52, of St. Charles, Ill.; each fined $145.

Amanda M. Mumma, 32, of Richland Center, Wis.; fined $225.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Ronnie L. Meyering, 58, of Elmore; Tammi L. Nestor, 48, of Fairmont; each fined $110.

Cracked windshield — Jesse J. Kolander, 26, of Dunnell; fined $125.

Failure to stop at red light/no turn on red (RT/LT) — Connor J. Koll, 23, of Vadnais Heights; fined $135.

Move over law violation-two lanes in same direction — Samuel E. Lamont, 28, of St. Paul; fined $135.

Matthew L. Hoelscher, 50, of Albert Lea was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance was dismissed.

Eric D. Jacobs, 33, of Mankato was convicted of fourth-degree operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $125, sentenced to jail 90 days. One additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and an additional misdemeanor charge of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test, were both dismissed.

Patrick A. Justin, 61, of Faribault was convicted of display expired registration; fined $115. Additional charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
