Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Maddy M. Majka, 29, of Sherburn; fined $135.

Driving wrong way on a one-way street — Linda S. Studer, 48, of Wesley, Iowa; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Olga L. Mendoza, 25, of Fairmont; Jose R. Rojas Rojas, 21, of Granada; each fined $285.

Jacob T. Amsden, 20, of Springfield received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $700, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served three days, serve as home detention/electronic monitoring if eligible, five years supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no mood-altering chemicals, complete chemical assessment within 60 days of sentencing, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing as directed by agent or law enforcement, follow recommendations of aftercare, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of underage drinking and driving, possession of alcohol by person under the age of 21, open bottle law violation, possession of marijuana in motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were all dismissed.

Carter D. Bloomgren, 19, of Trimont was convicted of underage drinking and driving; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by physician, random testing, no same or similar.

Clifta L. Sutton, 59, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; sentenced to jail 80 days, stayed 80 days for one year, one year supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no disorderly conduct or disruptive behavior.
