No Minnesota driver’s license — Marly G. Aguilar, 20, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Connie J. Meier, 57, of Truman was convicted of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-blood or urine as required by search warrant; fined $910, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served two days, serve as home detention/electronic monitoring if eligible, two years supervised probation, don’t operate a motor vehicle without ignition interlock for duration of probation, attend MADD impact panel, attend Alcoholics Anonymous, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, remain law-abiding, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, sign releases of information as directed, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/ possess/receive firearms or ammunition. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Deanna M. Nielsen, 36, of Worthington was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $125, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 140 days for two years, credit for time served 81 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, domestic abuse counseling/treatment, complete diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations of care and aftercare, no contact with victim(s), Domestic No Contact (DANCO), no violence to person or property, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition. Additional charge of reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk was dismissed.

Hailey K. Carlson, 19, of Fairmont had a felony charge of aiding and abetting prostitution-hire or agree to hire minor continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Addel L. Flores Torres, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

John T. Johnson, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of snow emergency parking violation; fined $72. Additional charge of snow emergency parking was dismissed.
