Failure to drive with due care — Bryan C. Feisel, 61, of Hudson, Wis.; fined $125.

No Minnesota registration — Sheila R. McMartin, 37, of La Crosse, Wis.; fined $185.

Driving after cancellation — Gerald J. Baker, 77, of Mankato; fined $285.

Christian M. Jagodzinske, 22, of Fairmont was convicted on a charge of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order within 10 years of previous conviction; fined $100, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 323 days for two years, credit for time served 42 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program and follow recommendations, no contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, Domestic No Contact (DANCO) for two years, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of driving after suspension; sentenced to jail 42 days, credit for time served 42 days. Additional charges of domestic assault-subsequent violation, failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, and speeding, were all dismissed.

Logan T. Thompson, 29, of Eagle Lake was convicted of illegal use of registration tabs; fined $385. Also convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highways; fined $185. Also convicted of obstructed license plate; fined $115. Also convicted on two separate charges of expired registration; fined $115 for this first charge and $30 for the second charge.

Katie D. Neadeau, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of failure of driver approaching intersection to yield right-of-way; fined $135.

Antonio G. Rosales Peraza, 29, of Gaithersburg, Md., was convicted of speeding; fined $285. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
