Olha O. Klochan, 24, of Apple Valley received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $145, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

Ethan L. Feddersen, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay fess, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, were all dismissed.

Rhonda J. Houston, 63, of Madelia had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $50, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
