Driving without a valid driver’s license or vehicle class/type — Carlito Ausua, 36, of Fairmont; fined $185.

No Minnesota driver’s license — Marcos L. Ralios, 42, of St. James; fined $185.

Frank Garduno, 25, of Jackson was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Matias P. Herlindo Obed, 24, of Indianapolis was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Arnulfo M. Banda, 18, of St. James received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served six days, serve as home detention/electronic monitoring if eligible, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, including, but not exclusive to non-alcohol beer and wine and energy drinks containing alcohol, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing at the request of agent or officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed.

Alvaro Rivera Garcia, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185. Also convicted of unlawful deposit of garbage, litter or like; fined $185.

Cameron M. Raymond, 29, of Welcome was convicted of noise violation; fined $135. Also convicted of exhibition driving; fined $50.
