Failure to drive with due care — Timothy C. Janssen, 53, of Laveen, Ariz.; fined $125.

Driving without a valid drivers license endorsement for vehicle driven — Courtney C. Martinson, 24, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Marlen Saucedo, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Mary L. Say, 32, of Pine City had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $152.37, restitution $152.37, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Robert L. Stafford Sr., 54, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damages-other circumstances; fined $235, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, serve 48 hours in jail (report before Jan. 11), one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no same or similar.

Ryan Joseph J. Stetler, 26, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, no same or similar. Also was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $235, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no same or similar. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle after license suspension, revocation or cancellation; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, no same or similar. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type, and littering-dangerous object on highway, were all dismissed.

James W. Reynolds, 50, of Winnebago was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable; fined $40.

Gerry A. Wedner, 59, of Sherburn was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Jonathan M. McCartney, 23, of Northrop had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; fined $175, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
