Bryan W. Bach, 71, of Pemberton; fined $145.

Possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration — Haakon B. Johnson, 21, of Blue Earth; fined $135.

Illegal U-turn on controlled access highway — Timothy A. Wagner, 59, of Farmington; fined $135.

Deer hunting-may not hunt with aid or use of bait — Eric J. Stenzel, 36, of North Mankato; fined $385.

Kelly R. Kenow, 20, of Faribault was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Robert S. Wells, 41, of Granada was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185.

Jose B. Ayala-Sanchez, 20, of Wells was convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185.

Timothy J. Brandt, 40, of Minnesota Lake received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of first-degree arson in a dwelling; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 414 days, credit for time served 414 days, 10 years supervised probation, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, domestic abuse counseling/treatment, no assault, no assaultive, threatening or stalking behavior during probation period, mental health screening, cognitive skill training, no contact with victim(s), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, do not register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted on a felony charge of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images-without consent; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days. Additional felony charges of obstruct legal process-lawful execution, first-degree arson-knows person is present in building, terroristic violence-reckless disregard risk, violation of OFP while possessing a dangerous weapon, domestic abuse-violate Order of Protection, and misdemeanor charges of domestic assault, obstruct firefighting-interfere/obstruct, violation of DANCO, obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer, domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection, stalking-follow, monitor or pursue another, and fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, were all dismissed.
