Display expired registration — Gerald L. Lorenz, 73, of Sherburn; Caitlyn E. Carlson, 26, of Lewisville; each fined $115.

Failure to drive with due care — Benjamin D. Moldan, 20, of Lake Crystal; fined $125.

Vehicle window restrictions-tint too dark — Carter J. Shumski, 27, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Laura L. Bishop Martinez, 22, of Welcome was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $115.

Caleb B. Krusemark, 27, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of issue dishonored check-value more than $500; fined $500, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no controlled substance use or possession unless prescribed by a licensed medical provider, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, cognitive skill training, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. An additional felony charge of issue dishonored check-value more than $500 was dismissed.

Sylvestre Cordova, 24, of Fairmont had a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent continued for dismissal; fined $285, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Damion B. Hiebert, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, no assault, no same or similar.

Alexis Javier-Davila, 23, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no brawling or assaultive behavior, no same or similar.

Randy A. Merrill, 47, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of junk-other than weeds and grass; one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, clean property up within 30 days, trailer cannot be parked on the street, no same or similar.
