Joshua W. Clark, 42, of Glenville was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more & three aggravating factors; fined $2,185, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 68 months, stayed for 25 years, sentenced to jail 163 days, credit for time served 163 days, 25 years supervised probation, complete residential treatment as recommended in Rule 25 Assessment and follow all aftercare recommendations, comply with recommendations regarding medical/mental health treatment for traumatic brain injury, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, supply DNA sample, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days, restitution reserved, county attorney has 30 days to file restitution to reduce civil judgment. Additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and a misdemeanor charge of possess ammunition of any firearm-previous felony conviction, were both dismissed.

Denise Y. Garza, 41, of Green Bay, Wis., was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of display expired registration; fined $30.
