Julie A. Wilkerson, 64, of Apple Valley; Janell K. Houfer, 57, of St. Cloud; each fined $135.

Suspended object — Peter G. Rollinger, 41, of Mapleton; fined $125.

Texting/use of electronic device while driving — Kathryn R. Kremer, 30, of Brewster; fined $135.

John W. Stinson, 33, of Winnebago was convicted of speeding; fined $300. Also convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200. Also convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets/highways; fined $100. Also convicted on two separate charges of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185 for each charge.

Austin J. Meyerdirk, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, no same or similar. Additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.

Earl D. Ricard, 59, of Northrop was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct-force or coercion; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 48 months, stayed for 15 years, sentenced to jail 90 days, serve with work release of eligible, 15 years supervised probation, no contact with victim(s), supply DNA sample, don’t leave Minnesota without written court approval, psychological evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow registration requirements with the MN BCA Predatory Offender Registration which includes travel restrictions, don’t possess/use any pornographic/sexually explicit materials, don’t enter any establishments that has sexual entertainment as its primary business as determined by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of false imprisonment-intentional restraint was dismissed.

John W. Coleman, 49, of Fairmont had a charge of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety continued for dismissal; one years unsupervised monitoring without conviction, maintain drivers license. Additional charge of impeding traffic-drive at slow speed was dismissed.
