Alex J. Reule, 21, of Albert Lea was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 341 days for two years, credit for time served 24 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service five days for 90 days, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, psychological evaluation, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing.

Ricky D. Wright, 44, of Frost had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempt to inflict bodily harm continued for dismissal; six months probation to the court, no assault, no disorderly conduct.

Brent N. Shaikoski, 34, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 66 days, credit for time served 66 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for 180 days, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, cognitive skill training, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact your probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, do not register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death; sentenced to jail 37 days, credit for time served 37 days, no contact with victim(s). Also convicted of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection; sentenced to jail 37 days, credit for time served 37 days, no contact with victim(s). Also convicted of theft-transfer/use/take movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 37 days, credit for time served 37 days. Two additional felony charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession, and damage or theft of line/insulator/wire/cable/current of line or cable, and one misdemeanor charge of violation of harassment order, were all dismissed.
