FAIRMONT — Emma Schmidt and Jeremy Botzet were married July 6, 2019, at JP Denmark in Viborg, S.D. Greg Binstock officiated the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Jeffrey and Ann Schmidt of Mitchell, S.D., and Richard and Judy Botzet of Fairmont.

Maid of honor was Mandy Schmidt. Bridesmaids were Taylor Sebert, Coley Shield and Shelby Selland.

Flower girls were Coralyn Wagner and Kendall Hemme.

Best man was Daniel Elmer. Groomsmen were Greg Botzet, Brandon Botzet and Cory Wagner.

Ring bearer was Zander Wagner.

Vocalists were Jake Connelly, John Isaacson and Colan Surratt.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at JP Denmark in Viborg.

Emma graduated from Augustana University. She is a medical student at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Jonesboro, Ark.

Jeremy graduated from Augustana University and works in the Jonesboro school system.
