Johnson-Heuer married Sept. 2

FAIRMONT — Mykala Lynae Johnson and Ryan Timothy Heuer were married Sept. 2, 2017, at Grace Lutheran Church in Fairmont, with Pastor John Heille officiating.

Parents of the couple are Lynn and Lyn Johnson, John and Kathy Heuer, all of Fairmont.

Matrons of honor were Carisa Andersen of Welcome, Leigha Hauglid of Fairmont. Bridesmaids were Sarah Lansky of Minneapolis, Kate Heuer of Burbank, Calif., Megan Rosol of Sioux Falls, S.D., Celia Petrowiak of Fairmont, Ashten Atzenhoefer of Fairmont. Junior bridesmaid was Kylan Andersen of Welcome.

Bride’s personal attendants were Aerial Wenzel of Sioux Falls, and Jennifer Svoboda of Fairmont.

Flower girl was Betty Heuer of Burbank, Calif.

Best man was Chris Sharpe of Sioux Falls. Groomsmen were Zach Jones of St. Louis, Mo., Ian Heuer of Guangzhou, China, Simon Heuer of Burbank, Calif., Cory Kralovetz of Brevig Mission, Alaska, John Isaacson of Sioux Falls, Jeremy Botzet of Sioux Falls.

Ring bearers were Keatan Andersen of Welcome, Jack Heuer of Burbank. Gift bearers were Lucas Johnson of Fairmont, Colsan Andersen of Welcome.

Guests were ushered by Cory Andersen of Welcome, Jeremy Hauglid of Fairmont, Peter Lansky of Minneapolis.

A reception, dinner and dance were held at the Fairmont National Guard Armory.

Mykala is employed as a hematology/bone marrow transplant research nurse specialist at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., while Ryan is pursuing his doctorate in occupational therapy at Belmont University.

The couple will make their home in Nashville, Tenn.
