ELMORE – Roxanne Marie Vaske and Lee Owen Wibben were married July 30, 2016, on the bride’s family farm near Whittemore, Iowa. The ceremony was officiated by the bride’s cousin, Daniel Ostwald, of Goleta, Calif.

Parents of the couple are Gene and Elise Vaske of Whittemore, Iowa, Marvin and Kathy Wibben of Elmore.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father, Gene Vaske. Matron of honor was Kaitlyn Vaske-Wright of Chicago, Ill., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Sara Schaal of Kensett, Iowa, Megan DeLeo of Kansas City, Mo., and Amanda Severson of Dubuque, Iowa. The bride’s personal attendant was Becky Kuper of Algona, Iowa.

Best man was Graig Eichenberger of Lakota, Iowa. Groomsmen were Shawn Pehrson of Mahtomedi, and Ryan Steenhard and Scott Ellsworth, both of Lakota, Iowa.

Guests were ushered by J.J. Wright of Chicago, Ill., and Kyle Van Hove of Thompson, Iowa.

Music was provided by Sarah Wilder of Decorah, Iowa, soloist. Hostesses were Joanne Clough of Lake City and Janet McCanna of Maplewood, aunts of the groom. Also assisting with the wedding were Gus Engelby of Ledyard, Iowa, and Brad Hertzke of Lakota, Iowa.

The couple live in Ledyard, Iowa.
