CREST 2026 Annual Appeal
The Caregiver Response Effort and Service Team (CREST) 2026 Annual Appeal is underway. The theme for this year's Annual Appeal is "CREST Helping Seniors Live the Life"
CREST hosts Lunch and Learn programs in three communities, monthly Coffee Hours and Bingo. CREST Support groups offer a place to share concerns, learn from others, and find ways to take care of yourself. If you're feeling lonely, CREST volunteers love to visit in person or by phone. If you're having issues with balance or taking care of a loved one, CREST offers classes that can help you keep your balance and stay healthy while caring for a loved one. Last year, 2,157 volunteer hours helped neighbors continue living active lives, and since 1998, CREST has provided over 54,000 volunteer hours to its care receivers in Martin County. CREST opens many doors to help seniors live life, such as a CREST Buddy who stays with a care receiver or by participating in CREST Out and About activities that put excitement back into their lives. Being a CREST volunteer opens doors to new friendships and gives a good feeling from helping someone go to a medical appointment, the grocery store, or run other errands.
You too can help seniors live their lives by supporting CREST with a donation during our Annual Appeal! All dollars raised from now through Dec. 31 will be matched by an anonymous donor. Send donations to CREST, 820 Winnebago Avenue, Suite 2, Fairmont, MN 56031, or use the donation emblem at crestvolunteers.org. For information about CREST, signing up for services or to become a volunteer, contact CREST at (507) 235-3833.
