American Legion Membership Pay Day
American Legion Post 36 in Fairmont will have a 2027 Membership Pay Day and fellowship from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, at the American Legion Hall in Fairmont. Fairmont Service Club to meet
The Fairmont Service Club will meet at noon on Tuesday, Sept. 8, at Best Western in Fairmont. The meeting's speaker will be Mindful Nursing Holistic Health and Wellness owner, nurse and coach Sarah Unke. All are welcome to attend.
Pesticide Container Recycling
Faribault and Martin County Pesticide Container Recycling will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8, at the Martin County Highway Department in Fairmont. Number 2 HDPE plastic will be accepted. Containers must be clean and dry. Caps, label sleeves, bulk containers, barrels or pails will not be accepted. Bureau 14 to meet
Fairmont Area Chamber of Commerce Bureau 14 will meet at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 9, at Tami's on the Ave in Fairmont. The meeting's speaker will be the new Fairmont Chamber President, Miranda Tulowetzke. Fairmont Chamber members are welcome to attend. Guests are welcome to attend one Chamber event per year.
