Lunch with Patrick Rasmussen
Lunch with the Arts will be at noon on Tuesday, Sept. 8, at the Red Rock Center for the Arts in Fairmont. Musician Patrick Rasmussen will perform. Admission is free. FHS class of 1970 for lunch
Fairmont High School (FHS) class of 1970 will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 7, in the back room at Pizza Ranch in Fairmont. Fairmont Farmers Market

Martin County/Fairmont Clean-Up
Martin County and Fairmont City-wide Clean-Up Day will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 1200 Marcus Street (enter through Winnebago Avenue) in Fairmont. Latex, oil-based paint, fuels, degreasers, garden products, paint thinner, furniture stripper, household cleaners, chemicals, rechargeable batteries and cell phones will be accepted for free. Appliances and electronics will be accepted for $15 per item. Tires will be accepted for $3 per regular tire, $10 per race car and semi-truck tire and $40 per tractor tire.
