Fairmont blood drive

Martin Co. Fair Saturday schedule
At the Martin County Fair on Saturday, Aug. 22, buildings are open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The midway opens at noon. Regional 4-H and FFA rabbit check-in will be at 8 a.m., Kim Shoen Classic Cattle enter and register will be from 8 to 11 a.m., open class and FFA horse show will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Kietzer Arena, Minnesota State Hampshire sheep show will be at 9 a.m. at the livestock arena, regional 4-H and FFA hog show will be at 10 a.m. at the swine barn, Farm Bureau scavenger hunt will be from 10 a.m. to noon at the livestock barns, regional 4-H and FFA rabbit show will be at noon at the Bank Midwest building, Minnesota State Fair horse trip acceptance deadline will be at noon, car show will be from noon to 6 p.m, Timberworks LumberJack show will be at 2, 4 and 6 p.m., 30th annual Kim Shoen Classic Steer and Heifer Show will be at 2 p.m. at the livestock arena, Minnesota State Fair horse show packets deadline will be at 3 p.m. to the 4-H office, Beer and Bacon Fest will be from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Martin County Arena, Little River Band will perform at 7:30 p.m. at the park stage, and Small Time Band will perform from 9 p.m. to midnight in the beer garden.
