Fairmont Rotary Trail Clean-Up

The Fairmont Rotary Club will have a Fairmont Trail Clean-Up service event for Cedar Creek Trail North, Cedar Creek Trail South, Hobo Trail, Kings Road Trail and the Trail by Long Horns, from 4 to 5 p.m., and a gathering at 5 p.m. at the Chain of Lakes Yacht Club on Monday, June 29. CER Watercolor Flowers

Summer art class-watercolor flowers for grades 3 to 8 will be from 9 to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, and Wednesday, July 8, in the art classroom (Room 160) at Fairmont Elementary School. Using expressive brushstrokes, layering techniques, and playful color mixing, students will create modern flower compositions. Perfect for beginners and budding painters alike, this class is all about experimenting, having fun, and making art that bursts with color. CER Girls Flag Football

Flag football for girls entering grades 4 to 6 will be from 1 to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, and Thursday, July 9, at the Fairmont Elementary School football fields. Players will develop essential skills such as passing, catching, route running, and defensive strategies while building confidence, teamwork, and leadership on and off the field. Whether you’re brand new to the game or looking to improve your skills, this program is designed for all experience levels.
