Kiwanis to meet

Early Risers Kiwanis of Fairmont will gather for their weekly breakfast at 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at The Ranch restaurant in Fairmont. A meeting at 6:50 a.m. will follow. The meeting’s speaker will be Danielle Frietag of Good News Collective in Fairmont. Danielle will update the members on her new store, “Runway for Action,” and its mission. All are welcome to attend.

Step UP Day at MLHS

Step UP Day for students in grades 5 and 6 will be from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27, at Martin Luther High School in Northrop. Students and teachers have planned activities for visitors, and a pizza lunch will be provided. Come experience the welcoming and exciting learning environment at MLHS. Pokémon Party at W’bago library

The Sherburn Knights of Columbus Fish Fry will be at 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27, at St. Luke’s Catholic Church Basement in Sherburn.

Lake Belt AYCE Fish Fry

Lake Belt Bar and Grill will have an All-You-Can-Eat Fish Fry from 5 to 8 p.m. or until gone on Friday, Feb. 27, in Ceylon. The cost is $20.

Analog Games MTG Commander

Analog Games will host Magic: The Gathering-Commander Night from 6 to 9 p.m. (doors open at 5:30 p.m.) on Friday, Feb. 27, at 207 Downtown Plaza in Fairmont. All skill levels are welcome. Decks will be provided if needed.

Analog Games will host a Chess Party from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 207 Downtown Plaza in Fairmont. All skill levels are welcome. Snacks will be available to participants. Bringing a chessboard and pieces is encouraged.

Martin County Conservation Club and Visit Fairmont will host the 14th annual Martin County Conservation Club Banquet at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28, at Martin Luther High School in Northrop. If mail regarding the banquet wasn’t received, sign-ups can be completed at Sommer Outdoors in Fairmont.
