Sentinel holiday hours notice

The Sentinel, located at 64 Downtown Plaza in Fairmont, will close at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24, and will be closed all day on Thursday, Dec. 25 and Friday, Dec. 26. Christmas dinner

FHRO sells more caramel, fudge

Fairmont Area Human Rights Organization (FHRO) has extra fudge and caramels for sale, suitable for the upcoming holiday. To purchase the treats, or for additional information, contact Pat Kietzer at (507) 848-5017.

DJ Dance Party at Silo’67

Silo’67 bar and grill in Fairmont will have a DJ Dance Party at 9 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 27. Beverages and food will be available for purchase. For additional information, visit the Silo’67 Facebook page.

Ruby’s Pantry in East Chain

Ruby’s Pantry drive-through grocery distribution will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 27, at the East Chain Evangelical Free Church in East Chain. Drivers are asked to clean out the trunk of their vehicle before they come. There are no income or residency guidelines. Ruby’s Pantry is funded by the $25 cash donation, and participants will receive an abundance of food.
