Church on the Lawn will be at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 3, at the East Chain Evangelical Free Church. The service includes live band worship, Bible teaching and kids’

Programs. The speaker will be Pastor Corbit Magby, Interim Pastor of East Chain Ev. Free Church. Prior to the service, donuts and coffee will be served at 10 a.m. Bring a lawn chair and a friend. RRC for community art/photo showcase

The Red Rock Center for the Arts in Fairmont is excited to celebrate 20 years of bringing arts and culture to our community. To mark this milestone, it is hosting a Community Art and Photography Show from Aug. 2 to Sept. 13. Individuals within a 30-mile radius of Fairmont are invited to showcase their creativity. Participants may submit up to three pieces of artwork or photographs. A $50 People’s Choice Award will be presented in both the Art and Photography categories. RRC hosts tote bag painting

The Red Rock Center for the Arts (RRC) in Fairmont will host Bean Mosaic Art for individuals from grade 8 to adult from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2, at the RRC.
