Play Café at the library

Play Café will meet at the Martin County Library at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8. This program is for children ages zero to five and their caregivers. Children can explore and play at the library. Play Café participants meet at 10 a.m. on Tuesdays until April 29. There is no cost to attend, and pre-registration is not required for Play Café. Fairmont Service Club to meet Tuesday

The Fairmont Service Club will hold its weekly meeting at noon on Tuesday, April 8, at the Best Western Hotel in Fairmont. The featured speaker will be Fairmont Fire Chief Bryan Kastning. Guests are always welcome. For additional information, contact Gary Schaub at (507) 236-6701.

Veterans presentation at museum

A Martin County veterans presentation featuring the military experiences of Lester Sparks will be presented at 2 p.m. on April 8 at the Pioneer Museum in Fairmont. There is no charge, and the public is invited to attend.

Wooden egg craft at Sherburn library

An all-ages wooden egg craft will be from 3 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, at the Sherburn Library. There is no cost to attend and no need to register. For additional information, contact the Sherburn Library at (507) 764-7611.
