Monday Ruby’s Pantry distribution
Ruby’s Pantry drive-through distribution will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 17 at 2 Crossroads Drive in Sherburn. The cost is $25 cash per bundle. Pre-pay is available. You can go to rubyspantry.org and find express track and it will walk you through how to pay ahead. This is available until noon the day before the distribution or if our quota is filled. There are no income or residential guidelines. All are welcome to come and help with their food budget.
BE Valley Quilters to meet Monday
The February meeting of the Blue Earth Valley Quilters will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 17 in the Media Center of the Blue Earth High School, entering through Door C. The meeting will begin with introductions and show-and-tell. Please bring any quilt-related Christmas gifts and new finishes for show and tell. The program will be a trivia game created by Corinne and Marge. Those doing the quilt-along from the Barn Star Quilt Sampler will show their Month Three blocks. Dues for the 2024-25 program year are $5. The group welcomes visitors. Future programs include demonstrations, Trash to Cash, speakers, and the annual August Quilt EXPO.
