3M employees, past and present, will meet for lunch noon Tuesday, Sept. 3, at the Green Mill Restaurant in Fairmont.

Class of 1961 to lunch

Fairmont High School class of 1961, spouses and friends will meet for lunch 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 4, at the Pizza Ranch in Fairmont. All classmates are encouraged to attend.

Library plans Thursday activities

The Martin County Library in Fairmont will hold two events next Thursday. First, join library staff for Cuddle Buddies starting 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, at the Fairmont Library, 110 N. Park St. in Fairmont. This program is for children ages newborn to 2 and an adult caregiver. They will have stories and playtime. There is no cost to attend and no need to register. Next, join library staff for an all ages Pokemon Card Club beginning 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, at the Fairmont Library. Bring your cards or borrow some of theirs.
