Worship in the Park Sunday

Shepherd of the Lakes Lutheran Church invites you to “Worship in the Park” beginning 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, at Sylvania Park in Fairmont. A potluck dinner will follow, along with outdoor games. The public is welcome.

Church on the Lawn in East Chain

“Church on the Lawn” services will be held beginning 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, at East Chain Evangelical Free Church, located three miles east of the village of East Chain. The speaker will be Ben Fox, Pastor of East Chain Ev. Free Church. The service includes live band worship, bible teaching and wonderful kids program. Prior to the service, donuts and coffee will be served at 10 a.m. Bring your lawn chair and a friend. After the service, the church missions committee will provide a lunch of chicken sandwiches, fresh buns, coleslaw, chips and cookies The public is welcome. In case of inclement weather, they will meet inside the church.
