Early Risers set Wednesday meeting

Early Risers Kiwanis Club of Fairmont will meet for breakfast and an informative talk beginning 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 10, at the Ranch Restaurant, Fairmont. Featured speaker will be Corey Welchlin from the Center for Specialty Care. The public is invited to come for breakfast and hear a captivating talk from Corey.

Aktion Club Theatre to meet Thursday

Aktion Club Theatre, a part of Kiwanis International, will meet 4:30-6 p.m. Thursday, July 11, at Grace Lutheran Church, 300 S. Grant St. in Fairmont. Any questions about the group, please call Pat Kietzer at (507) 848-5017.

Summer events for kids at Martin County libraries

Branch storytimes will be held 3 p.m. Wednesdays at the Trimont Library, 3 p.m. Wednesdays at the Truman Library and 3:30 p.m. Thursdays at the Sherburn Library. Storytimes will be held weekly through the end of July. There is no cost to attend and no registration is required. Next, join Becky for Boredom Busters at 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays through the end of July at the Sherburn Library. Also Mini Monday for children, newborn to age 5 with an adult, will be held 10 a.m. Mondays, July 15 and 22 at the Fairmont Library.
