Bake sale fundraiser Saturday

Martin County Humane Society will hold a bake sale fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 20, at Fleet & Farm Supply Ace Hardware Store, 1300 N. State St. in Fairmont. Proceeds from the sale will help with expenses for the animals at the shelter in Fairmont. Everyone is welcome.

April free meal Sunday at SJV

St. John Vianney will be serving their free April meal beginning 5 p.m. Sunday, April 21. All are invited to join them for a delicious dinner at St. John Vianney Church, 901 S. Prairie Ave., Fairmont. If you are unable to join them in person due to lack of transportation, please let them know so they can see about delivering a meal to you. Classic Movie Monday at the Library

Join library staff for Classic Movie Monday starting 1 p.m. Monday, April 22, at the Fairmont Library, 110 N. Park St. in Fairmont. They will show the movie “The Parent Trap.” Popcorn and water will be served. With questions, call the library at (507) 238-4207.
