Early Risers set Wednesday meeting

Early Risers Kiwanis Club of Fairmont will meet for breakfast and an informative talk at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, at the Ranch Restaurant, Fairmont. Featured speaker will be Mike Katzenmeyer, who will speak on behalf of the Fairmont Lakes Foundation. The public is invited to come for breakfast and hear a talk from Mike.

Red Rock to host high school art show

Red Rock Center for the Arts will host the 15th annual Area High School Art Show. 80 pieces of artwork by select high school students from Blue Earth, Fairmont, Granada, Truman, Martin Luther, Martin County West and North Union, will be on display. An open house will be held 3-5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, at 222 E. Blue Earth Ave. in Fairmont. Light refreshments will be served. The show will be on display April 16-25, and the gallery will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday or after hours by appointment.

Fairmont Knights to sponsor breakfast Sunday

Fairmont Knights of Columbus will sponsor a benefit breakfast from 9 a.m. to noon Sunday, April 21, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 920 E. 10th St. in Fairmont. They will serve pancakes with syrup, sausages, milk, juice and coffee. This is a free will donation. All proceeds will benefit the 32nd annual Relay for Life of Martin County which will be held this year on Sept. 14, 2024. Everyone is invited to attend.
