Early Risers set Wednesday meeting

Early Risers Kiwanis Club of Fairmont will meet for breakfast and an informative talk at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, at the Ranch Restaurant, Fairmont. Featured speaker will be Brooke Wohlrabe, editor and publisher of Fairmont Sentinel. The public is invited to come hear a captivating talk from Brooke.

Fairmont Library to hold events on Thursday

Martin County Library in Fairmont will hold 2 events on Thursday. First, join library staff for Books and Brews Morning Edition beginning 10 a.m. Thursday, March 21, at the Fairmont Library, 110 N. Park St. in Fairmont. Staff will highlight novels by authors who have new books coming out in 2024. Bring your coffee and join them. There is no cost to attend this event and registration is not required. Also, join library staff for Pokemon Card Club starting 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at the Fairmont Library.
