Shop Local at the Holiday Market in East Chain this weekend!

The East Chain Activity Center will host its 7th Annual Craft and Vendor Holiday Market 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, November 11 featuring 50 Vendors and Artisans from Southern MN and IA who will have items for purchase! This is your One-Stop Holiday Shop for all your favorite vendors, local crafters, trendy products, yummy treats and some new Boutiques. Breakfast and Lunch Selections will be on site by Lacey’s Catering of Wells. Door Prizes from Vendors will be Drawn for every Hour. The East Chain Activity Center is located on Highway 53, at the location of the old East Chain School (395 280th Ave.)

Red Rock to hold Veterans dance

The Red Rock Center for the Arts will be holding a 50’s and 60″s dance with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. and music starting at 7 p.m., Saturday. This is in honor of our Veterans and U.S. Military. Come dance the night away with the local rock ‘n roll band, Galaxy. There is a cover charge, however, a free will donation for Veterans. Thank you.

MCSAP Coalition to meet

There will be a Martin County Coalition meeting 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Thursday, in person at the SMEC Building in Fairmont.
