Library to host Family Fridays

Join library staff for Family Fridays beginning 2 p.m. Friday, July 14, at the Fairmont Library, 110 N. Park St. in Fairmont. Fun activities for the entire family. There is no cost to attend and no registration is required. For questions, call the library at (507) 238-4207.

July free meal Sunday at SJV

St. John Vianney Hope Café will be serving their free July meal beginning 5 p.m. Sunday, July 16. All are invited to join them for a delicious dinner at St. John Vianney Church, 901 S. Prairie Ave., Fairmont. Note an important change for Hope Café as they will now be serving their free monthly meals on the third Sunday of each month. If you are unable to join them in person due to lack of transportation, please let them know so they can see about delivering a meal to you. Class of 1967 to lunch

Fairmont High School class of 1967 will meet for lunch noon Monday, July 17, at the Channel Inn, 330 W. Lair Road in Fairmont. All classmates are urged to attend. Hope to see you there.
