Fairmont City Band to hold concert
Even with the change of date for the fireworks display, Fairmont City Band will perform 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 4, in the band shell at Sylvania Park in Fairmont. This will be our annual patriotic concert in celebration of the Fourth of July. The band will perform marches, show tunes and standard concert band literature. Intermission entertainment will be provided by the UCC Men’s Quartet. IHD committee will operate the concession stand, with proceeds going toward Interlaken Heritage Days activities. Class of 1960 to lunch
Fairmont High School class of 1960, spouses and friends, will meet for lunch 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 5, at the Pizza Ranch in Fairmont. Note change of day for July. All classmates are encouraged to attend.
Bethel Evangelical plans July 7 music concert
The Craguns, a dynamic, family group comprised of husband and wife, Jordan and Elena Cragun, Ray Cragun (Jordan's father) and Savannah Cragun (Jordan's sister) will perform a Southern Gospel music concert 7 p.m. Friday, July 7, at Bethel Evangelical Free Church, 1125 S.
