Quade/Senne reunion set for Saturday

The 2023 Quade/Senne family reunion will be held Saturday, July 1, in the shelter house at Cedar Hanson Park, north of Trimont. A family potluck dinner will begin 12 p.m. (noon) followed by the annual auction. All family members are urged to attend.

Church on the Lawn in East Chain

“Church on the Lawn” service will be held beginning 10:30 a.m. Sunday, July 2, at East Chain Evangelical Free Church, located three miles east of the village of East Chain. The service includes live band worship, bible teaching and wonderful kids program. Prior to the service, donuts and coffee will be served at 10 a.m. Also, join them for lunch where pizza will be served. Bring your lawn chair and a friend. The public is welcome.

Sundaes in the Park features the Kittleson Family

Looking for good music to close out the pre-Fourth of July weekend? Look no farther. Bring your lawn chair and enjoy the Kittleson Family for some good music beginning 6 p.m. Sunday, July 2, at Memorial Park in Trimont. Toe tapping and memories abound as family members share their love of music. Come enjoy the entertainment but also an ice cream sundae complete with chocolate, caramel, strawberry and/or nuts toppings. Free will donations are welcome. Bring your family and friends.

Online Medicare 101 class next week

Medicare can be confusing. If you know little to nothing about Medicare and want a brief overview before digging deeper, this class is for you. During this class you will learn the basics of Medicare Part A, B, C and Part D. This class will also give you information about when and how to enroll.
