Craft event Monday at Fairmont Library

Join library staff for an adult craft night beginning 6 p.m. Monday, March 27, at the Fairmont Library, 110 N. Park St. in Fairmont. Make a washi tape home décor project to enjoy at your home. This program is for adults. All supplies are provided. There is no cost to attend. For questions, call the library at (507) 238-4207.

Skally Line at Jackson County libraries

Join library staff of the Jackson County Library System to hear some old-time music with The Skally Line, consisting of performers, Fred Keller and Bill Cagley, who sing and play instruments while telling stories from and about Minnesota.

This monthly adult program is free and will be held 6:30 p.m. on April 3, at the Jackson Library, at 2 p.m. on April 4, at the Lakefield Library, and 5:30 p.m. on April 4, at the Heron Lake Library. Registration is not required for this program. Please call or stop into your local library for more information. This project is funded with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage fund.
