Lunch & Learn Monday in Fairmont
There is nothing worse than being the victim of a scam. You feel foolish that you didn’t recognize it and you hope that no one finds out about it. The next CREST Lunch & Learn program will take place 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14, at the CREST office, located at 820 Winnebago Ave. in Fairmont. This month’s topic will be a presentation on how to avoid scams. The guest speaker again will be Celia Simpson, a representative from American Connection Corps. A soup and sandwich meal with an apple dessert will be served following the program. Please RSVP your reservation for this event by calling the CREST office at (507) 235-3833. This event is open to anyone in Martin County and a free-will donation is always welcome.
