Heritage Acres sets Thursday meeting

The final Heritage Acres member meeting this year will be held 6 p.m. Thursday in the meeting room at the chapel on Heritage Acres, Fairmont. After a light supper, there will be reports from the treasurer and secretary. Jerry Simon will present a preliminary report on the recent fall festival, accomplishments for the year, and activities needed to close down the buildings on the property. All members and the public are invited.

Service Club meets Tuesday

The Fairmont Service Club will meet Tuesday, October 26th at noon, over lunch. at the Holiday Inn. Our speaker will be Jeff Vetter, Manager Hy Vee. Members of the public are always welcome.
