Third annual community reading
Do you like to read? Can you say: BAH! HUMBUG! Volunteer readers are needed for the third annual community reading of “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens. This first practice is 6:30-7:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at the Martin county Library, 110 N. Park St., Fairmont, MN. The performance will not be the play, but a community reading of the story itself, as written by Charles Dickens in 1843. The book, in its entirety, will be read to the public the second week in December. Questions? Please call: (507) 848-4414.
