Sherburn Youth group to serve Dad’s Belgian Waffles

St. John’s Lutheran Church, Sherburn Youth will serve all you can eat Dad’s Belgian Waffles 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Sunday. Free will offering (suggested donation $8.00 per plate, ages 5-11 $6). Under 5 is free. Funds raised will help the youth attend the National Youth Gathering taking place in Houston, Texas in July 2022. Thanks for your support of youth ministry at St. John’s.

Remembrance of Loved Ones

Lakeside Cemetery continues the celebration of its 150th anniversary with a Remembrance of Loved Ones 1-3 p.m. Sunday, at the cemetery. You will be given a daisy that will have a note attached to it that you can write a message to your loved one. Then it will be tossed in to George Lake. Hot apple cider will be served.

Seth Kick of Fairmont has been named to Southern New Hampshire University’s summer 2021 Dean’s List. Eligibility for the Dean’s List requires that a student accumulate an academic grade point average (GPA) of 3.5-3.699 and earn 12 credits for the term.
