Class of 1946 plans Tuesday reunion

The Fairmont High School class of 1946 will gather for a 75th class reunion Dutch treat lunch beginning 12 p.m. (noon) Tuesday at the Ranch Restaurant, Fairmont. All classmates, caregivers and friends of the class are invited.

Kinship slates rummage sale

Kinship Industrial Commercial Rummage Sale/Auction will be held July 29-31 in the Bank Midwest (industrial) building at the Martin County Fairgrounds in Fairmont. Hours for the rummage sale will be 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 29 and 30 and from 8:30-11 a.m. for the Dutch auction on July 31, where prices will be reduced every half hour. Businesses, not households, are encouraged to bring unneeded used or unused items. Items can be accepted now by contacting Char Kahler at (507) 236-4606 or chark@kahlerautomation.com. or open delivery dates that are Sept. 17-22. This event serves as a fundraiser to help Kinship kids and an opportunity for many businesses to clean out.
