Class of 1961 to lunch Wednesday

Fairmont High School class of 1961, spouses and friends, will meet for lunch 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Pizza Ranch, Fairmont. Masks are required and COVID-19 guidelines will be followed.

CREST to host pillow cleaning fundraiser

The volunteer caregivers organization, CREST, will host Carlson Pillow Cleaning Service from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Evangelical Covenant Church located at 901 Woodland Ave., Fairmont. Pillows will be cleaned, deodorized, sanitized, and fluffed for a charge while you wait. You can also drop off your pillows at the site and come back to get them later in the day. Custom made new pillows and down comforters will be available for sale as well. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, social distancing will be practiced and masks are required.
