Martin Luther Plans COVID Cut on Friday

As part of the Lutheran Schools Week, the student council and National Honor Society students of Martin Luther High School in Northrop are looking to provide COVID care kits that will be distributed throughout Martin County. The kits contain activity and wellness items. Funding is needed to provide the materials. As a way to fundraise, Principal Paul Steinhaus, who hasn’t cut his hair for about 10 months, will get a “COVID Cut” 1 p.m. Friday at the school. It will be broadcast live on Facebook. The students are wanting to raise $1,500. $50 donors can have in-person VIP access. To donate and partner with the students, call (507) 436-5249, go online to www.martinlutherhs.com or mail to Martin Luther High School, P.O. Box 228, Northrop, MN 56075.
