Exchange Club to meet today
Fairmont Exchange Club will meet noon today at the
Holiday Inn, Fairmont. The program will feature Kevin
Peyman, county engineer for Martin County. The public is
always welcome to join club members for programs. For

Early Risers Kiwanis meets Wednesday
Early Risers Kiwanis Club of Fairmont will meet 6:45
a.m. Wednesday at the Ranch Restaurant, Fairmont. The program
will feature Sonja Fortune, executive director at the Red
Rock Center for the Arts in Fairmont. The public is invited.
Neighborhood to dance on Halloween
The Witches of Woodland will perform a dance with
their brooms this Saturday at the intersection of Sisseton
Drive and Woodland Ave. in Fairmont. The first performance
is at 5:15 p.m., the second performance is at 5:45
p.m. and the final performance is at 6:15 p.m. There will
also be trick-or-treating throughout the neighborhood and
Gran D’s Popcorn trailer will serve organic popcorn with
flavored salts, as well as hot cocoa, pop and water. Those
attending are asked to please wear a face covering and
practice safe physical distancing. Everyone is invited for
safe Halloween fun.
