Sportsman Club schedules shooting event

East Chain Sportsman’s Club will hold a trap shoot event beginning noon Sunday at the club located a half-mile north of East Chain. Social distancing guidelines will be followed as needed. They will be shooting 25-yard bird practice rounds, then 16-yard and 25-yard Oakley’s and Boondocks. The grill will be on all day. For more information, contact Moby at (507) 236-4189. Alexandria Bierstedt of Fenton graduated and was awarded an associate’s degree in agriculture following the 2020 spring and summer terms at Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, Iowa.

Logyn Cone of Fairmont was awarded a bachelor’s degree in business administration with honors during the 2020 summer semester at North Dakota State University in Fargo.
