FAIRMONT — Courtney Guetter and Eric Benson announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Steve and Becky Guetter of Fairmont, and Steve and Nancy Benson of Owatonna.

Courtney graduated from Northwestern where she earned an English Education degree to become a teacher. She has taught at Owatonna Middle School for 5 years.

Eric is a graduate of Gustavus Adolpus and is an Actuary Analyst at Federated Insurance in Owatonna.

A Jan. 20, 2024, wedding is planned.
